Valeria
Mindfulness Teacher
A session with me is like…
A compassionate and grounding space where mindfulness and holistic coaching help you process life’s challenges and gently return to yourself.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Calm, supported, and renewed.
Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
More than a decade of guiding women through chronic illness, stress, and loss using mindfulness-based interventions and holistic coaching.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness and compassion. I rely on compassionate presence, active listening, and appreciative inquiry to foster reflection, learning and growth, and, through this process, help restore physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
