In this 60-minute coaching session, Mindfulness Teacher Valeria Galetto offers a four-step, mindfulness-based approach—Pausing and Sensing, Allowing and Listening, Investigating, and Nurturing—to support those living with chronic pain or illness. With Valeria’s guidance, you’ll learn to shift your relationship with pain from reaction and resistance toward care, understanding, and compassion.

You’ll explore practices that calm the nervous system, support emotional resilience, and create space for healing in the midst of health challenges. Over time, this process helps you move beyond struggle and find a renewed sense of agency and self-compassion, no matter what your body is experiencing.
