The most difficult losses I’ve endured were the sudden death of my first husband at 26 and, 15 years later, the loss of my brother and best friend. Navigating profound grief and complex trauma from these experiences deepened my empathy and fuels my purpose to help others transform adversity and reclaim their wholeness.
