Palliative Care Chaplain, Grief Doula
A session with me is like…
Taking a deep breath when life stops making sense. Together, we slow down enough to find your footing again—working with honesty, self-compassion, and curiosity. My work weaves deep grounding practices, internal listening, and spiritual direction with action-oriented coaching—helping you make sense of what feels senseless, and to listen for what’s trying to emerge through the cracks. A session is part sanctuary, part strategy: we slow down enough to see through the dark, gather threads of new meaning, and begin crafting the shape of a self that fits the life now unfolding. Our conversations help you see through the fog, notice what’s trying to come alive in you, and begin rebuilding from a place of truth. You don’t need to be “spiritual” to begin—just willing to explore what this new chapter might ask of you.
One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
Living through profound loss—losing my father to suicide, a company I built from the ground up, and a community that once held me. Each ending dismantled a version of who I was, and taught me how grief rearranges the body and the map of meaning. Because I’ve walked through those thresholds myself, I understand both the ache and the possibility that live inside loss.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Seen, felt and inspired toward new meaning.

With over a decade of experience providing spiritual direction and care in major medical hospitals, I’ve accompanied thousands of patients and families through profound loss—of loved ones, work, identity, and belonging. Trained in Practical Theology and Ministry, and seasoned as a clinical chaplain, my practice honors endings as thresholds: places where the soul is rewritten, not erased. I help people navigate the disorientation that follows rupture and listen for what wants to crack open within. Whether through conversation, silence, or developing a spiritual practice together, my work supports those standing in the dark—learning to see, to orient again, and to make meaning when the map no longer holds.
