Parenting through stressful seasons—whether during back-to-school transitions, co-parenting shifts, or behavioral changes—can leave you feeling reactive, fatigued, and disconnected from yourself. In this session, Lindsay Hopkins offers a supportive space focused on your own regulation and well-being. Together, you’ll explore where stress is showing up in your body, learn somatic tools such as orienting, pendulation, and breath anchoring, and practice grounding techniques that help you return to presence even in the midst of overwhelm.

You’ll leave with trauma-informed, body-based tools you can use daily to regulate your nervous system and restore calm. Lindsay will also provide a printable checklist—“How to Regulate When the Kid’s Melting Down (and You Are Too)”—a simple framework to help you shift from reactivity to presence. With this support, you’ll feel more resourced, steady, and connected to both yourself and your child.
