Yoo-Jin Kang, MPH, 200 RYT
Executive Coach & Organizational Development Consultant
A session with me is like…
Being gently guided back to yourself. Through reflection, embodiment, and grounded strategy, we create space for both truth and tenderness, so you leave feeling lighter, seen, and ready to move forward.
One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
Learning to lead without abandoning myself. As a first-gen, eldest daughter, survivor, and woman of color in leadership, I’ve had to unlearn perfectionism and self-sacrifice. That journey shapes how I help others redefine success through care, boundaries, and authenticity.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Affirmed, empowered, and clear
Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
– 12+ years of experience advancing equity, healing, and systems change across philanthropy, nonprofit, and education sectors.
– Director of DEI Programs at the Council on Foundations, leading national learning initiatives and organizational culture strategies.
– Founder of Yoo-Jin Kang Consulting and The Eldest Daughters Collective, serving BIPOC, first-gen, and mission-driven leaders.
– 200-hour certified yoga instructor, barre, and mind-body medicine practitioner.
– Specializations: burnout prevention, trauma-informed care, intercultural communication, and healing-centered personal and systemic change.
– Populations served: women, eldest daughters, folks in recovery, survivors of violence, LGBTQ+ community, foundations, nonprofit executives, educators, and community leaders navigating transformation and sustainable leadership.
