Leadership & Career Coach
A session with me is like…
A supportive, strategic space where we quiet limiting beliefs, reconnect with values, and chart a path toward a career and life that feel deeply aligned.
One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
Relaunching my career after an 11-year hiatus to raise my daughters, later navigating painful experiences of being undermined and questioned in senior leadership roles—and now transitioning into empty-nest life while supporting my college-aged children as they step into adulthood. These personal chapters shape the way I guide executive women who are balancing high-stakes professional demands and the often-invisible emotional labor at home. I understand firsthand the mix of pride, loss, pressure, and possibility that comes with evolving identities, shifting family dynamics, and major career decisions. This is why I help women feel truly seen, heard, and valued during moments of change—whether that change is happening in the C-suite, at home, or within themselves.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Clear, confident, and empowered.
Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
Over 25 years in investment banking, consulting, higher education, and nonprofits, including more than a decade in leadership, executive development, organizational development, and career coaching. My expertise includes supporting executive women navigating high-visibility roles, career pivots, and complex transitions—using a blend of executive frameworks, strategic planning, and grounded, real-life guidance shaped by my own experience raising and launching college-aged children. I’m a recognized advisor to organizations including Harvard Business Review, Academic Impressions, and the Wharton Women’s Circle, and I bring both deep professional rigor and lived empathy to the women I serve.
My relevant credentials are…
- MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship (The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania)
- BA in Political Economy with a minor in Psychology (Barnard College, Columbia University)
- Certified Executive, Leadership, and Organizational Development Coach
- Certification in Change Management (CCMP)
- Certification in Emotional Intelligence
- Certification in Assertive Communication
- Certification in DEI in the Workplace
- Certification in Design Thinking
- Certification in Women-Centered Coaching
- Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach

I partner with professional women to overcome limiting beliefs and thrive in their careers. Many women are shifting from a focus on achievement to pursuing self-actualization—seeking careers and lives that reflect their true purpose and values. My approach helps women break through their inner glass ceilings, shed outdated beliefs, and embrace their full power, so they can stop playing small, release what no longer serves them, and move confidently toward their most empowered, aligned selves.
