Relaunching my career after an 11-year hiatus to raise my daughters, later navigating painful experiences of being undermined and questioned in senior leadership roles—and now navigating the transition of becoming an empty nester, learning to redefine my identity and purpose while supporting my children’s launch into adulthood. I understand firsthand the mix of pride, loss, and possibility that comes with this stage of life, and help women feel seen, heard, and valued during these life and career transitions.
