In this 60-minute session, Breathwork & Somatic Expert Lindsay Hopkins creates a supportive space for women navigating burnout, life changes, or caregiving fatigue. Together, you’ll set intentions for the session before moving into a guided 25–30 minute breathwork journey using a two-part somatic technique designed to support emotional release.
