In this 60-minute restorative yoga session rooted in the Find Your F.R.E.E.™ framework (Feminine, Restorative, Empowerment, Experience), Registered Yoga Teacher Rachel Voss invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to restore itself.

Through 3–4 fully supported postures, you’ll calm the sympathetic stress response, nourish the parasympathetic nervous system, and cultivate a grounded sense of ease. With minimal movement and maximum support, this practice offers space for both physical renewal and emotional empowerment.
