Five years of guiding women through solo aging, caregiving, and end-of-life planning, combining my legal background with death-doula training to create a calm, organized, and empowering process.

I believe women deserve to feel supported and empowered when facing the complexities of aging, caregiving, and loss. It’s never too early to start planning, and even small steps can bring a sense of lightness, clarity, and relief. My approach is rooted in the belief that planning for the end of life is an act of love, and that facing the hard stuff can be a source of peace. My work is grounded in compassion, practicality, and the belief that you don’t have to do any of it alone.
