After 15 years in corporate roles at Apple, Bain & Company, and Siemens, I realized that success on paper didn’t always translate to fulfillment. This led me to over 5 years of coaching, where I now help women—especially moms—navigate career transitions and growth moments with clarity and confidence.

I partner with women seeking transformation in their professional careers—either performing with more confidence and lower stress, or redefining their career in pursuit of more fulfillment and joy. I believe women are capable of breaking through their limiting beliefs to build deeply fulfilling personal and professional lives. My approach is a blend of goal-line coaching (you have goals and we’ll get you there)—but importantly—also soul line coaching (deep inner work) to deliver real, lasting transformation.
