My eight years working in my family’s business, helping grow a small three-person mental health practice into a regional behavioral health center with three locations and over 50 employees. I experienced firsthand the realities of building something from the ground up—wearing every hat, balancing mission and growth, and learning to lead through uncertainty. That journey taught me empathy for the entrepreneurial process and a deep respect for the grit it takes to turn an idea into impact.

I bring over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture development, and business strategy—including 8 years helping scale my family’s behavioral health business from a 3-person private practice to a 50-employee regional organization. As Director of Launch Blue Ventures, I’ve guided dozens of early-stage founders through investment readiness and capital strategy. My background combines hands-on operational growth, investor relations, and founder coaching—giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale mission-driven businesses.
