One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
I’ve been laid off five times (twice while pregnant). Each layoff showed me that my career was not defined by a job or title, but by my ability to adapt and grow. Every time I faced a setback, I saw it as a chance to reinvent myself. I've done that over and over again, and I now help women who are at a turning point and want to use their experience as a springboard for their next chapter.

Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
I have over 30 years of experience building and transforming businesses in the UK. My background is in sales, operations, strategic partnerships and team development across multiple industries, from startups to large corporations. I've worked in media, live music, tech, communications and non-profit organisations, and have mentored hundreds of women throughout. I now work with female founders and small business owners, helping them to build businesses and independent careers by focusing on business strategy, go-to-market positioning, building incredible customer and client relationships, and delivering impactful strategic partnerships.

 

I’m a Strategic Business Advisor with over 30 years of experience in sales, operations, strategic partnerships, and team development across multiple industries, from startups to large corporations. After decades of navigating setbacks, leading teams, and fixing what’s broken, I’ve learned that people, trust, and timing are what truly drive growth. I now blend my skills in commercial strategy and building meaningful relationships to help women turn their ideas into something real—whether that’s launching a new business or creating a more flexible, independent way of working.
