Change and Connection Expert
A session with me is like…
Sitting with someone who truly gets it—where you can exhale, be honest about the mess, and feel both held through the heaviness and reminded of your own strength. We'll untangle what's weighing on you, make sense of how your connections are evolving, and work side-by-side to discover what you need most right now. It's a partnership—I bring presence and perspective, you bring your wisdom and lived experience. Together, we create breathing room, uncover new possibilities, and chart a path forward that feels authentically yours. My goal is that you walk away feeling seen, steadied, and ready to move through what's next with more ease and confidence.
One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
My experience with change, loss, and grief. It helps me reflect on the universality of the loss and death experience and find ways to connect with others while also finding permission to let go. These experiences have helped to resource my empathy and compassion for others, while serving as teachers and mirrors for what is important to me—for what I love.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Hopeful, heard and valued.
Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
As a trained mental health counselor, I understand the psychology of change, loss, and resilience. I've spent years facilitating women's groups, witnessing firsthand how connection and shared experience catalyze healing and empowerment. My specialized grief training means I can guide you through not just bereavement, but the many transitions that involve letting go and beginning again. My practice is anchored in unconditional positive regard—a foundational belief that you are worthy of acceptance and support, and that you hold the wisdom needed for your own transformation.
My relevant credentials are…
– BA – Communication Arts & Business Development, Westminster College, 2014
– MA – Clinical Mental Health Counseling, The Chicago School, 2023
– National Certified Counselor (NCC), National Board for Certified Counselors, 2025
As life shifts—through loss, change, growth, or transition—it’s natural to need support. I work with women to create a safe space to be fully seen and understood as they navigate what’s unfolding in their lived experience. Through collaborative work, you’ll feel held through the hard parts and empowered to move forward with clarity. We’ll explore how your relationships (including the one with yourself) shape your path, uncovering insights that bring relief and possibility. Expect honest conversations, relational depth, and practical support. You’ll leave our sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and equipped with the resilience to step confidently into who you’re becoming.
