Many women move through life feeling overwhelmed by emotions yet unsure how to interpret or respond to them. In this 45-minute session, Drew Anne Wolfson, Mindful Self-Compassion Coach, helps you turn your body into an ally—an emotional barometer that guides you with  compassion. By learning to recognize your body’s “felt sense,” you’ll uncover how physical sensations reveal the emotions underneath and discover which environments calm you and which provoke stress or anxiety.

Through guided practice, Drew Anne introduces you to the Emotions-Sensation Wheel, a simple but profound tool for linking sensations to emotions. This session is for women who want to feel less reactive, more grounded, and more attuned to their inner wisdom. You’ll leave with the ability to pause, notice what’s happening inside, and respond with presence and self-compassion rather than being swept away by overwhelm.
