More than 20 years as a business leader, specifically in strategic planning, relationship development, talent development, and financial management. I left an industry and launched a financial wellness company, leveraging my leadership and business acumen while earning an accreditation as a personal financial professional focused on behavioral finance. My experience transitioning from one industry to another as an older worker has informed my practice—especially with women who are interested in making a similar transition.
