Career Design, Growth, and Change Coach
A session with me is like…
In our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity you will be able to articulate and own, a plan you can run and tweak autonomously, and proof you’re moving according to the metrics you value. My style is pragmatic and human, but our work is structured and catalytic. Results are documented and not just assumed; your wins are celebrated and learnings incorporated, with setbacks evaluated with care and strategy. Having worked with thousands of diverse professional clients in my career, I have a natural way of connecting with you and learning your style so that I can honor it throughout our work together.
One life experience that helps me relate to my clients is…
After making one big career pivot in 2014 from attorney to career coach and educator in law and business schools, I knew I would be able to handle the reinvention I undertook in 2024 following a misaligned move into a corporate role. I stepped off the career treadmill after a hard season of burnout, intentionally cared for myself and invested in my needs, earned my ICF coaching credential, and built a solo coaching practice that reflects my values and expertise. Women—bosses, peers, mentors, friends—helped me make that leap with their candor, care, and sponsorship. I want to be that kind of expert for other women who are carrying a lot and still ready to choose themselves.
Three things I want clients to feel post-session are…
Clarity about what you want (and why it matters!), a customized plan aligned with your values and goals, and confidence to navigate your next steps without second-guessing.
Past experience that qualifies me for this role is…
I possess a law degree (2010), an ICF-ACC credential (Jan. 2025), Designing Your Life® Certified Coach (2025), a Graduate Certificate in Learning & Development from UNC-Charlotte (2023), and an International Coaching Group/Coaching Out of the Box® Graduate Coach certificate (2024). I bring almost 15 years in HR and talent development—almost 12 of those years as a full-time professional coach—where I’ve supported thousands of professionals, including enrollments of 1,600+ MBAs and alumni at a top U.S. business school. I currently serve as an adjunct contract coach for a global Am Law 100 firm.
My relevant credentials are…
– Juris Doctor, Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude (2010)
– ICF-ACC credential (Jan. 2025)
– Designing Your Life® Certified Coach (2025)
– Graduate Certificate in Learning & Development, UNC-Charlotte (2023)
– International Coaching Group/Coaching Out of the Box® Graduate Coach Certificate (2024)
Mid-career professional women in corporate, legal, and mission-driven roles deserve a deeply experienced partner as they navigate industry or function changes, re-entering work after layoffs, burnout, or caregiving, growing in place, or wholesale life and work redesign with intention. A former attorney myself, I bring 12 years of full-time professional career coaching and education experience to my ICF and Designing Your Life-certified coaching. My work will support you in making decisions not from vibes or reactions, but from personalized metrics and data we’ll gather and deploy together.
